Freight and Handling Policy

All orders incur a packaging and handling fee of $22 ex gst.
Free freight minimum for general orders of dry goods, excluding Glass tanks, salts, substrates, gravels, rocks and woods): $600 excluding GST and handling fee.
Free freight minimum for orders including salts, substrates, gravels, rocks and woods (excluding glass tanks): $1400 excluding GST and handling fee.
Lights – all lights 90cm and over will incur a length surcharge of $10 (waived for purchases of 6+ per order).
Glass tanks must be freighted on pallets. Freight charges apply, please contact us for a quote.

When Did AquaHub begin?

AquaHub was formed in 2016 to solve supply problems that had been developing in the Australian Aquarium industry. AquaHub is a family run business with experience in the Aquarium Industry for over 20 years both as a hobbyist and retail business owners.

Do you sell directly to the public?

No, as a wholesaler don’t sell directly to the public. We only sell to retailers that have a bricks and mortar store.

Do you ship to retailers Australia wide?

Yes we do! We will ship to retailers anywhere in Australia. Please contact us for our free freight information.

I have bought a Dymax/Fritz/Octo product and I have a problem?

Please return the product to where you purchased it from and discuss the options with them. If you have purchased it online please contact the seller for further details. We offer warranties on our products but it is up to the discretion of the shop to check the product and offer a solution. The retailer will then contact us for warranties.
